Wi-Fi Information

● Network Name: Will be provided at checkout and also available inside the unit
● Password: Will be provided at checkout and also available inside the unit

House Rules

● Smoking: No Smoking Allowed
● Pets: Not Allowed
● Noise: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially between Quiet Hours: 10 pm and 8 am.
● Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parking and security

● Parking spot: will be given at the time of check-in
● Security: the building has 24/7 cameras and a security guard at night time
● Security Gate Code: will be given at the time of check-in
● Building Gate Code: will be given at the time of check-in
● Unit Code: will be given at the time of check-in

Trash & Recycling

● Trash: There is a garbage room next to the elevator, and any trash bags should be thrown down from the 7th floor in that room.
● Recycling: All recycling items such as paper, bottles, and other recycling items please be placed in garbage bins in the same room

Amenities

● Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave
● Dishwasher: There is a dishwasher in your apartment. Please remember to use ONLY specific tablets for a dishwasher. Do NOT use the dishwashing liquid in the dishwasher machine
● GYM: The gym is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily and has access to the public bathrooms on the first floor. Bring your towel while using the gym
● Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.. It is checked daily and will be closed if the chemistry is not optimal for use.

Amenities

● Laundry: The washer and dryer machine is located inside the unit. Only a few units in the building have that; therefore, there is also a public laundry room on the 7th floor. For private laundry, after each cycle, clean the filter and empty the dryer’s bin to the kitchen sink; it is very important to keep the bin empty for optimal drying cycles. If units do not operate the property, Get in touch with your guest's contact.
● Heating/Cooling: Instructions for the thermostat.
● Entertainment: All TVs have Xfinity, Amazon, and other streaming services.

Troubleshooting

● Wi-Fi Issues Try restarting the router by unplugging it for 30 seconds.

Safety Information

● Fire Extinguisher: Located in the kitchen area.
● Emergency Exits are located to the right of the front door. Use stars to get to the ground floor. Do not use elevators.

Departure Checklist

● Check all drawers and closets for personal items.
● Turn off all appliances and lights.
● Lock all doors and windows.
● Leave the keys in the lockbox.
